The Portuguese midfielder started using Italian gestures to speak with the official on Thursday.
Bruno Fernandes took a hilarious dig at the referees in the Real Sociedad game by mocking a common Italian cliché after the game.
Along with a picture of him with his hands cupped speaking to the officials, he wrote: “If you are in Italy, you have to talk like that!”
In Italy, that gesture is used quite often when someone is trying to make a point and Bruno definitely learnt it during his time playing in the Serie A!
Fernandes was in top form in Man United’s 4-0 win over Sociedad, scoring a brilliant brace to help us take a step closer into the next rounds.
